Planted in 1984, the 17-acre Gee Vineyard sits directly across from Bouchaine. Join us in the cellar with the man himself, Paul Gee, who will be here to tell the history of this head trained and dry farmed Pinot Noir vineyard. These roots run deep as does our friendship with Paul. Taste the different blocks of Gee Vineyard and try your hand in blending this incredible wine. Participants with winning blends win prizes! Your day also includes delicious bites paired with the 2021 Gee Vineyard Pinot Noir (awarded 94 points from The Wine Independent!)

• Join Rebecca Rosen of Authentic Abatement for an overview of falconry in the vineyard. Or feel free to contact us for private class options by special arrangement.
• A personal experience with Rebecca’s raptors - including hawks, owls, and falcons.
• An explanation of how falcons help us during our grape harvest.
• Insights into how raptors hunt, fly, and see.
• Your chance to have your picture taken with falcons!
